  • 1 cup broccoli (120 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 3 spoons of red wine (45 ml)
  • 1 spoonful of salt (15 g)
  • 1 spoon of olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1/2 onion (50 g)
  • 1 spoon of pepper (15 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 spoonful of caraway seeds (8 g)
  • 1 spoonful of milk (15 ml)


    1. First you have to cook the broccoli without a stem in a little water, this should take about 5 minutes.
    2. Then strain it off and rinse it with cold water so it doesn’t cook any further.
    3. Then put it in a blender and add the onion, wine and olive oil. Puree this mixture until you get an even paste.
