If you have a lot of neck pain, you probably know how troublesome it can be. But don’t worry, read on, as we introduce you to simple exercises that will help relieve neck pain in just a few minutes . You will be much better afterwards.

Exercise 1

Exercise for Neck Pain Relief

The first exercise to relieve neck pain is to turn your head to the left until your chin rests on your shoulder. Hold this position for 2 seconds.

Then turn your head to the right in the same way and hold this position for 2 seconds.

Turn your head left and back again, stretching your neck as far as possible. Then you turn your head back to your right shoulder. Hold this position for 2 seconds. Repeat the process 10 times.

In our second exercise, you need to rest your chin on your hands as you stretch your head toward the floor. Then lift your head (slowly) and press it against your hands.

Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times.

Exercise 3

Then, bend your head forward as far as you can while applying pressure to the back of your neck with your hands. Repeat this  10 to 20 times.

Put your right hand on your right temple. Move  your neck to the right and apply pressure against your hand. Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times, then do it with your left side.

Exercise 5

The fifth exercise for neck pain relief is easy too. Put your left hand on your head and push it towards your left shoulder as far as you can.

Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, then repeat the exercise on your right side. Repeat the two exercises three times.

Exercise 6

Massage the  back of your head for 3-5 minutes  to relieve pain and relax.

Natural Remedies for Neck Pain Relief

In addition to these helpful exercises, you can also use natural remedies:

1. Crushed ice

Ice for neck pain relief

Place crushed ice in a plastic bag on the back of your neck. In the case of minor injuries, cold can reduce swelling. Once the swelling has subsided, you can place a warm, damp towel on the area for 10 minutes.

2. Orange peel bath

Another option is a bath with three orange peel, four lettuce leaves, and two tablespoons of honey. Put all the ingredients in half a liter of water. Cook it for 20 minutes, then add this mixture to the bath water.
