  • 4 cups of water (1 liter)


  • First, heat the water and only add the leaves when it boils.
  • Let the tea steep for a few minutes before straining it and then serving it.
  • We recommend that you drink no more than 4 cups a day.

2. Gargle with eucalyptus

Eucalyptus is commonly gargled to relieve nasal congestion or colds. To protect your throat, we recommend gargling once in the morning and in the evening.


  • 2 spoons of dry eucalyptus leaves (30 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Preparation and use

  • Add the eucalyptus leaves to the water and cook them.
  • When the mixture starts to boil, you can take it off the heat and let it steep until it finally cools to room temperature.
  • Put a little in a glass and gargle for 20 minutes.

    • 1 cup dried eucalyptus leaves (100 g)
    •  4 cups of water (1 liter)

    Preparation and use

    • First, boil the water along with the eucalyptus leaves for a few minutes.
    • Then pour the solution into the tub and wait until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
    • Now take a relaxing eucalyptus bath for about 30 minutes.
    • Then wash yourself off with tap water.

    5. Eucalyptus drops

    • 3 spoons of dried eucalyptus leaves (45 g)
    • 2 cups of water (500 ml)


    • Chop up the leaves, add them to the water and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
    • Then take the solution off the stove and let it steep for another 20 minutes.
    • Pick up the liquid with a dropper, then pour it into a glass of water.
