  • Hip pain can also be caused by muscle problems. However, if the pain is in the groin area, it is most often a hip problem. 
  • The pain intensifies especially after prolonged exertion, for example after a long hike or after lifting heavy things. The pain disappears in the resting phase.
  • As the wear and tear progresses, the pain becomes more intense and occurs even with simpler activities such as climbing stairs. When crossing the legs, there is often a painful cracking, even at night there is often pain when moving, especially in the groin area.

How can you prevent hip wear and tear?


Unfortunately, there are no cure options , which is precisely why prevention is so important. A balanced diet with the right nutrients and regular, gentle exercise also play a major role.
