The following problems can also lead to this:

A shoulder dislocation or dislocation is when  the shoulder joint is dislocated. This can be done while exercising or by a punch.

If the ligaments, tendons, and muscles that normally tighten the shoulder joint become loose or even tear,  a sudden dislocation can occur. This causes pain and instability when the arm is raised or moved forward.

In this case, it is bursitis, which can be caused by an injury, constant friction between muscles and bones, or an infection. This can be the case, for example, if the shoulders are overloaded.

As a result, pain develops, which hinders the performance of daily activities such as combing or dressing.

The tendons consist of connective tissue fibers and have the task of connecting muscles and bones. Tendonitis, or tendinitis, occurs  when you do repetitive exercises without using proper posture.

Trauma or a sprain can also be responsible.

A bone fracture in the shoulder area can occur due to a fall, an accident or even during sports. In this case, there is intense pain and swelling.

This is a degenerative joint disease that is also associated with torn muscles or tendons and inflammation.

The shoulder area is painful, stiff and swollen.

Rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation of the joints. Here, too, there is pain, swelling, redness and deformation.

Advice on prevention against shoulder pain

  • Also, be careful when exercising in the gym. Muscles don’t get strong any faster when you lift more weight. If you want to avoid injuries, you should gradually increase the weight.
