  • 4 tablespoons organic whole grain oat flakes (50 g)
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)


  • Instant oatmeal can also be used if desired. However, we recommend organically grown wholegrain oats, which are available in health food stores. Soak the oatmeal in water overnight, then drain the water the next day.
  • The oatmeal is then boiled in a glass of water. Add the honey and stir constantly.
  • The 6 almonds are chopped and then mixed with the oats and honey. It is best to use a stand mixer or blender to process all the ingredients into a homogeneous mixed drink.
  • We recommend this drink for breakfast. It strengthens veins and arteries  and protects against cell oxidation.

  • Drink natural pomegranate juice.
