  • 300 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed

  • 5 – 7 prunes


  • Scald the prunes with 100 ml of boiling water and let steep for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, the ground flaxseed and the cocoa together. Then stir in the kefir.
  • Remove the plums from the water and cut into pieces, then stir in the oatmeal mixture. Mix everything well and store in the refrigerator.
