Use this natural helper as follows:

  • Scald a few sprigs of rosemary with boiling water and let it steep for a while.
  • As soon as the infusion has cooled, pour through a sieve to remove the solids.
  • Massage your scalp with this liquid and then wash your hair as usual.
  • You should do this treatment at least once a week to see results.

2. Natural helpers against hair loss: nettle

The stinging nettle has a wide variety of health benefits, even if it is mostly viewed as a weed. Various studies show that it has anti-inflammatory properties and is also very helpful for hair loss. 

Daily stress often leads to seborrheic dermatitis, which causes swelling, itching and hair loss. The  nettle in this case is an excellent home remedy for alleviating all of these ailments. Use this herb as follows:

  • Scald nettles with boiling water and let them steep.
  • Then pour through a sieve and massage the scalp with it.
  • Let the nettle tea work.
  • Use this home remedy twice a week.

Note:  As you know, the nettle irritates the skin, so be careful when you get fresh nettles from the garden!

3. Natural helpers against hair loss: Aloe vera

You can store the fresh aloe gel in the refrigerator for several days or freeze it.

Aloe vera is a very versatile natural remedy that also has various benefits for hair loss. This provides the scalp with plenty of moisture and cares. In addition, the real aloe strengthens the hair fibers.

Use aloe vera for hair loss as follows:

  • Cut a sheet lengthways to remove the gel.
  • You can rub the inside of the bowl directly onto your scalp, or you can use the gel.
  • Use it to gently massage your scalp and let the gel work.
  • Use this treatment once a week.

If you use the aloe vera gel, it is best to process it with the blender and store the rest in ice cube molds in the freezer.

More tips against hair loss

You should definitely visit your family doctor to find out the reasons for the hair loss. For example, if you have seborrheic dermatitis, your doctor will prescribe treatment for you.

You can also use the home remedies described, but your doctor’s recommendations always have priority! Natural remedies are effective, but the results take a lot of time and consistency.
