Simply grate a medium-sized ginger root and then boil it in water for 15 minutes. The feet are then massaged with this infusion before going to bed.
Rosemary, lemon and mint
This natural home remedy works great against foot odor, as it prevents excessive sweating, eliminates bacteria and intensively cleanses the skin of the feet so that the feet stay fresh and do not develop a bad odor.
Prepare a foot bath with one liter of lukewarm water, the juice of one lemon, one tablespoon of rosemary and a little mint. After 15 minutes, dry your feet well.
