Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar removes foot odor by  regulating the skin’s pH and eliminating bacteria.  Simply mix five large tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a bowl of warm water and take a ten minute foot bath.



Sage is a plant that helps stop excessive perspiration on the feet as well as removing bacteria. Just put a few sage leaves in your shoes. A good alternative is a sage foot bath (approx. 15 minutes).


Ginger is characterized by its antibacterial properties and therefore also helps with foot odor. This versatile root also has anti-inflammatory effects, helps with swollen feet and provides relaxation.

Simply grate a medium-sized ginger root and then boil it in water for 15 minutes. The feet are then massaged with this infusion before going to bed.

Rosemary, lemon and mint


This natural home remedy works  great against foot odor, as it prevents excessive sweating, eliminates bacteria and intensively cleanses the skin of the feet so that the feet stay fresh and do not develop a bad odor.


Prepare a foot bath with one liter of lukewarm water, the juice of one lemon, one tablespoon of rosemary and a little mint. After 15 minutes, dry your feet well.
