 1. Delicious quinoa salad with vegetables


  • 2 cups of quinoa (200 g)
  • 1 package of snow peas (250 g)
  • 1/2 chopped almonds (50 g)
  • 3 cups of mineral water (300 ml)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots (50 g)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (25 g)
  • fresh red cabbage (to taste)
  • 2 grated carrots (20 g)
  • 1 red chilli pepper, cut into julienne strips (30 g)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  1. Wash quinoa briefly in water at least 2 or 3 times.
  2. Put a saucepan with water and salt on the stove. Add the quinoa. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and cover the saucepan with a lid for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. When the quinoa seeds are done, they will look almost transparent. Remove the water and drain the quinoa seeds well. 
  4.  Then steam the snow peas and let them drain.
  5. Then loosen the quinoa slightly with a fork.

  • 1 cucumber (40 g)
  • 1 lemon (30 g)
  • 1 tomato (30 g)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (3 g)
  • 1/4 of a white onion (5 g)
  • 2 cups of water (400 ml)
  • 1 cup of quinoa (200 g)
  • 1 cup broccoli (100 g)
  • 1 yellow pepper (30 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (2.5 g)


  1. First of all, wash the quinoa seeds. To do this, put quinoa in a colander and hold it under the tap. Then drain the water from the quinoa seeds.
  2.  Then put the quinoa and the 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the onions, a clove of garlic and a teaspoon of salt.
  3. Mix the ingredients and cook. As soon as the water starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until the water has boiled off completely.
  4. Then cut the broccoli into small pieces. Briefly add the broccoli (for about a minute) to boiling water. Then drain and set aside for later. 
  5. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes. Wash the tomato and yellow pepper and also cut into small cubes.
  6.  To prepare the vinaigrette, mix the olive oil and lemon juice. Chop the remaining two cloves of garlic and mix with half a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir all ingredients until well mixed.
  7. Once the quino seeds have cooled, add the broccoli, cucumber, bell pepper and tomato. Mix everything in a bowl.
  8. Then drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and chill.
