Tips Against Blackheads

Thorough hygiene is crucial in order to avoid the occurrence of blackheads. Don’t forget to remove your make-up and use a special toner every evening.

Tips against blackheads

It’s not just teenagers who have blackheads, they can appear at any age. They occur when fat or dead cells build up on the skin, clogging pores.

Oxidation and air pollution cause the clogged pores to turn black or dark in color. This is how  blackheads are created.

Here is some simple advice on how to avoid blackheads and, if they are already there, remove them so that your face looks beautiful and clean again.

Facial cleansing

This is the most efficient and easiest way to avoid blackheads. Wash your face every day with lukewarm water and an antibacterial facial soap and lotion.

If you exercise and sweat, wash the sweat off with lukewarm water.  This eliminates the bacteria on the face that can lead to black spots on the skin.

Remove makeup

All types of make-up, as well as creams, sunscreens, tanning creams and lotions, can clog the pores. For this reason, it is very important to cleanse your face well before going to bed, preferably with a good cleansing lotion.

You can also use a facial toner to cleanse it. This is applied gently to the face with cotton wool and with circular movements.

Protective creams

The skin is constantly exposed to dirt. For this reason, it is advisable to actively protect the face from the particles in the air with a cream. We recommend a natural cream made from sandalwood, because it provides a lot of moisture and has a germicidal effect.

Face masks against blackheads

There are a number of face masks that help cleanse the face in an efficient way. These prevent impurities from building up in the pores. We advise you to use a face mask two to three times a week.

There are many different ways to do this , for example you can apply a little honey, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse off well with lukewarm water.

Another highly recommended mask for removing black spots is a mixture of yogurt and grated orange peel. Then leave this mask on your face for 10 minutes. Then rinse off the residue with lukewarm or cold water.

Oat peeling

Prepare a mixture of oats and rose water. You massage the face with gentle movements and then leave the mask on for 5 minutes.

Then rinse off the residues first with lukewarm water, then rinse with cold water. In this way the black points are reduced.
