Milk, butter, and cheese are also good sources of vitamin A. You can also find this nutrient in some yellow fruits such as peach and mango. If you eat a healthy and balanced diet, there is no need for deficiency.

Include red and orange fruits and vegetables in your diet regularly to prevent vitamin A deficiency. Dairy products are also recommended.
